I own a business and my package I was waiting made it all the way to them before they damaged it and I get told I have to wait 3 weeks for my refund to be able to buy another.

Was told to be here at 7.30 then told couldn't pick package up till 9.30-10.30. Unexceptable. Called the office after talking to the woman outside. She did make it right. Thank you mam
They send you emails that they attempted to deliver a package and they never even stopped by or left a note
I was upset that I had to go to this location to pick up my package after being home all day waiting on the driver to drop off my package. They also, on a regular bases drop my packages of to the unit. It's very annoying.
